Our Ladies-only MMA based fitness class that will help you burn-off loads of calories and some steam too, leaving you feeling great afterwards! 


This class is non contact and includes a combination of mma padwork and circuit based training designed to help you burn calories, tone up and pick up some martial arts techniques. Suitable for complete beginners.


What do I need?
Equipment and gloves can be provided.
